What is the Trane Panel?
The Trane Panel consists of Building Owners, Facility Managers, Contractors and Specifiers that provide feedback on various topics related to the Non-Residential HVAC industry. Trane product managers use the information gathered to help improve HVAC products and services. Understanding what is important to a wide range of HVAC professionals helps us as we continue to innovate and lead in HVAC offerings.
Why should I join?
There are many advantages to being a member of this exclusive panel:
Participants receive key findings that have been gathered from our surveys in the form of summary reports. These insights are powerful tools to drive your business and make decisions surrounding HVAC equipment.
Everyone who participates in a survey is entered into a quarterly sweepstakes drawing*. 12 winners are chosen to receive one of the following prizes:

Why do you need my
All of our surveys and follow-up reports are distributed via e-mail. A valid email is required to participate in the Trane Panel.
How do I change my
e-mail address or other contact information?
You may update your contact information by clicking on the “update my profile” link on the homepage.
What is expected of me?
Upon joining the Trane Panel, you will be asked to fill out a registration survey. We collect information about you and your relationship with the HVAC industry so that we can send surveys that are applicable to you. Approximately 10 times per year, you will receive an invitation to a survey. Every survey is open for 2-3 weeks and will include an estimate of how long it takes to complete the survey. Participation is voluntary and free. If you wish to be removed from the panel you may follow the unsubscribe link in any invitation email.
What if I cannot access a survey link or have trouble completing a survey?
If you experience technical difficulty in accessing a survey you may reply to the invitation email or send us a note via the “Contact Us” link on the home page. We will do our best to respond in a timely fashion and troubleshoot your technical problems.
What do you do with the results of the surveys?
All of your responses are kept confidential to Trane. Individual responses are never published within the organization – all data is presented in aggregate. This information will not be shared with any other organization. Aggregated and anonymous data may be shared with all survey respondents for certain selected questions in the form of a summary report of key findings.
Trane uses the information collected to help create/improve products and provide you with better customer service.

You may unsubscribe at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Trane Panel email. You may also use the “Contact Us” link on the homepage to submit your request.
